So based on votes and what people have been telling me we will be doing this after the show n shine on July 13th.

We will be camping out in maclean, so anyone is welcome to join us.

Maybe shoot me a pm if you are coming and how many people will be coming out with you.  I want to make sure we bring enough food for everyone!

If a certain off road shop gets me my drive shafts, me and the wife would be up for this!

Fixed it for ya.

Dana, we ALL want to see what your masterpiece is going to look like moving under it's own power. Hurry up!

It would be even cooler if you could have it ready to go for a drive a week or two before the S&S.
I followed a rainbow out to a garage and found a leprichaun. The rainbow ended in a potted cactus on his porch, but there was no gold :(

@ Dingleberry

Just about!
Started for the first time on Saturday, have a couple more little issues to iron out, then its off to broken axle for an alignment.

@ W-Squared

maybe, just maybe I will be able to drive it to the gas station this weekend! Just have to get some kilometers on the clock so that it can go off road.

oh ya and you're a dick Todd!

You have 24 days left until the zombie fracking apocalypse to get Big Bird rolling. The survival of you, your wonderful wife, and the whole CJA Zombie Apocalypse team relies on your ability to get yer poop in a group.  ???

The whole reason that your hex-jay is painted yellow is to be zombie bait on the trail. How are we gonna survive without the zombie bait?

Never trust an XJ in a zombie apocalypse. Never. Take a ZJ; the ZJ stands for zombpocalypse Juggernaut

I agree with johnny! zombie vision is based on movement, the safest jeep to take is the zj!!!!

If that's the case any jeep will suffice. Most of em don't move under their own power you know

That's why Big Bird is the designated bait vehicle. It will move for a while, and then stop moving. When it stops moving, there will be the sound of cursing coming from the vehicle. Combine that with the bright yellow color and the unique odor, and no self-respecting zombie could avoid attacking it.

Don't worry, we plan to park at the top of the hill and pick the zombie off as they approach. You shouldn't get eaten, as long as nobody does anything foolish like sell their arsenal of accurate long range rifles to a bunch of jeep-driving yahoos that haven't had time to get familiar with their new boom sticks yet.
