Tools - Selection of wrenches, socket set, pliers, vise grips, basic screw drivers, lead wire (no plastic coating), some different gauges of electrical wire (random stuff not rolls), tape (electrial/duct), zip ties, axle nut socket, bolt cutters, various ratchet straps, rope.
Parts - hubs, spacers, lug nuts, fluids, spare belt This depends on things you may break. XJs have low alternators. I've seen idler pulleys go to. And if you have those stupid locking lugs, the stupid key that undoes it until such time you remove the locks and chuck them.... which you should do today if you have them.
Recovery - recovery straps, tree savers, snatch blocks, D-rings, gloves, spill kit, working winch attached to my vehicle and the controller....
