if by puppy you mean honda civic then yes more than likley haha.  :P But on a serious note the stupid noise is still there!

ujoints can go bad in many different ways. they dont' always clunk; when they get hot the seize up as well adn thats likely what causes your vibes. it will be there until you get em fixed :)
or its something else entirely lol.
