Decided to get the carrier cut down, a buddy is a good aluminum welder, so I figured I might as well make it right!!

Set up the dash, to wire it up. And have an in tank fuel pump coming to support the EFI system. Wasn’t confident that the frame rail mounted pump would do the job, with dual exhaust, and heat build up.
