Okay, so Nathan and Dom gave me such a hard time about leaving my sway bar connected that they've made me extra impatient about the matter. Keeping in mind that my eventual lift kit comes with completely different sway-bar links do you guys think something like this might be alright for several months. As in, I know it's probably not THE best solution, but for a while....?
Am thinking if I can't find the right diameter pin, maybe I could use roundbar or threaded rod with a stock diameter, I don't want to oblong/tear the bushings and have it go all squirrelly on me. In the example I found he used 7/16" pins, which eventually got sloppy on him (hence the sleeving). I'll have to check, but I'm pretty sure the stock bolts are 1/2".

They should work fine. If you can find them, you should try to grab a set of pins where the loop on the end folds over completely.

Do not, and I repeat, do NOT do any wheeling with those in there. I made the mistake on my Grand, and they bent pretty easy.
Hella time getting them outta there after that. In for pavement, out for all else, and they'll be great.

Yeah, my intention was that if I did this as soon as I hit a staging area to air down (which I always do), that I'd ALWAYS disco these. Not grade 5+ hardware like the stock suspension stuff is, so I figured they might bend.
But good to know they likely WILL bend. So thanks for the heads up on that.
Any other tips? Anybody else do this before? Other problems?
