Does your amp shut off when the key is out of the ingition?
Got a fuse in line?
Is you amp hot to the touch. Do you run ridiculous volumes?
double check all grounding and positive leads especially around firewalls.
Check the remote on off wiring on the amp.
Try upgrading your battery, alternator, and add a 1/2 farad capacitor.

Or take the subs out.

Did you screw through some wiring?  That was all too common during installs where I used to work...

Didn't screw or through nothing.  Started her up fine  today so the problems only when the motor warms up.  o2 sensor possibly?

O2 sensor should just make it run crappy. Check CPS.
