Aren't you a Plumbing Apprentice? Just because you are signed up as a Plumber, do you think it's right to just hand you a Journeyman ticket? No. Experience speaks volumes (both on the club's and the potential member's sides).

Immortal's 100% right. Experience is necessary before being a good wheeler, experience is necessary before being a good plumber, experience is neccessary before being a good machinist.

There are only a few things that you can be "qualified" at without both experience and training. You know, things like HVAC.
