So if I'm to understand it, you're using the Powerplant to keep the tank at the ready?

thats right i plug my tank to the powerplant    fill the tank  takes a minute or two then once it if full i go and fill my tires the compressor will kick back on at 75psii and it will run untill i am done filling    never letting the tank get down below 50psi

and the compressor has been proven . its run impacts and other air tools
and it has also fill 5  sets of tires up after a day of wheeling . so thats about 30 of straight running and it never over heated or cut out

it is also designed to shut off if it ever over heats and will cool down for 10 minutes then the red light will clear and you can continue on your task

Thanks. I suspect that's the route I'll take.
I'd rather be dragging a club than clubbing in drag

its always off... sometimes ill leave 50   psi in the tank so when i need it its almost ready and wont take so long to fill

my winch has only been used once or twice to pull me out of a stuck and ive pulled a couple dozzen people out with it

so normaly its sits on the winch setting

and at the end of the day ill turn it over to air to fill tires
