I know another zj death wobble thread

95 zj 5.5 lift 33 tires

First off I've replaced:
Ball joints
Tie rod ends
Wheel bearings
LCA
Track bars
Steering stabilizer

Got an alignment and tires balanced caster is out

Besides bad uca, bad caster what else could be causing this.

Chck the upper and lower maonts on the unibody for oblong holes where the control arms bolt in, also wheel bearing nice and tight and new? Have you checked balance on the beadlock sealer rime combo?

Not caster. F-all to do with caster. Ever.

You have to dry steer test it before anything. Dry steer it, the harder the better, and see what has movement. Go from there.

What LCA's did you put in there?

with the rugged ridge you can fix the dead spot by getting a bushing for the tie rod end that connects the drag link to the tie rod. it will prevent the tie rod end on the drag link from rotating too much while you turn the wheel.
it's pretty decent for the price I ordered the bushings from jcr offroad but rumor has it you can use  the upper bushing of a front shock.

Are you running that steering? If you are, that deadspot is seriously contributing to your death wobble. The slack inherent with that system allows the tires to start shaking which can escalate into death wobble quite easily if the rest of the front end isnt ultra beefed up and tight.
