Over heating

Hello guys, im having this problem with my jeep it over heats really fast to the point where the antifreeze will stat to boil and spill out of my over fill tank.

when I go off roading it tends to over heat when I over rev it but never redlining it, but today by just coming home it started to over heat, its not major over heating but as soon as the heating needle goes just over the 100 mark the jeep feels sluggish and when I change gears I gotta rev it a bit more to get moving.

Yes I know I have 307 gearing but this has never happened before.

My rad is less then a year old and I make sure to clear it out after I go off roading  very well, but on normal driving and it has started to boil on me and get the anti freeze smell?

what can or should I do? the thermostat was changed along side the rad a the time, should I reflush the rad and put new fluid in?

the jeep has 288 km don't know when the water pump was changed and I have never changed it since I have owned it

What is it? On my XJ every time I boiled it over I cooked the sensor that turns on the electric fan.

Bad clutch in the mechanical fan could do it as well.

Worst case scenario bad head gasket/cracked head. Any air bubbles coming out of the rad while idling with the rad cap off?

Its a 2002 jeep tj the clutch fan is about 3 mons old  it doesn't shake and it still has resistance and is still it there's air in the lines shouldn't it just go out of the over fill tank

The bubbles would indicate a bad head gasket.  When you changed all the parts you refilled with the correct antifreeze? Did you change the thermostat? Did you keep the old one, try reinstalling it and see if it still overheats, new t-stats have been know to fail! As well remove all the shrouds and wash out the rad, lots of mud still gets stuck in there, even with careful rinsing! 
When it does overheat, is the fan working? (Visually checked)
Have you tried turning on the heater and see if it will come down(before it overheats)?
All your hoses in good shape?
Do you have all the shrouds on?

If rad is good make sure the fan is good, my ckutch fan was 2 yrs old and it crapped the bed.  If rad, fan, tstst, and coolant are goodit just leaves bad head gasket .  The sluggish performance scares me.  Check your oil is it bubbly like coolant is in there (and is it overful?)

oil is a week old, I did put the right anti freeze in there, at the time when I changed the rad and such, when it over heats the gauge just goes over the 100 mark not by much tho, im going to drive it to work tomm and on the way back im going to pick up a new head gasket and a new water pump and a thermo stat see how that does

So it's hitting a hair over 100 and then boiling over? It's possible your rad cap is weak/broken and no longer keeping pressure. 100 degrees seems too low for it to be boiling to the overflow.

not sure, the cap seems tight and there is no leaks from it.

I have parked the jeep for now gonna go over every thing head gasket water pump and stuff
