Its a 2002 jeep tj the clutch fan is about 3 mons old it doesn't shake and it still has resistance and is still it there's air in the lines shouldn't it just go out of the over fill tank
The bubbles would indicate a bad head gasket. When you changed all the parts you refilled with the correct antifreeze? Did you change the thermostat? Did you keep the old one, try reinstalling it and see if it still overheats, new t-stats have been know to fail! As well remove all the shrouds and wash out the rad, lots of mud still gets stuck in there, even with careful rinsing!
When it does overheat, is the fan working? (Visually checked)
Have you tried turning on the heater and see if it will come down(before it overheats)?
All your hoses in good shape?
Do you have all the shrouds on?
