(checked all wiring and it is good).

"good" as in it looks good, or has proper voltage flowing through it and is grounding properly?

The wiring harness for the power seats runs down the driver's side door sill then under the carpet under the storage area, under the back seat. From there it goes under the carpet to under the drivers seat then splits off, goes up the tranny tunnel, feeds the tranny/t-case indicator back lights and tehn down to the passenger side seat.

Are you getting power at the connector under the driver's seat? If yes the the problem is most likey the switches. If not then trace the wires back till you do get power. If the tranny lights don't work either then the whole harneess maybe broken.

For the speakers look at where the wiring goes thru door frame. Often breaks at that point.
