Swimming, Fishing, Cliff Jumping along 22x
« on: July 29, 2009, 04:03:14 PM »
Is there any good fishing or swimming spots around maclean creek area or out along 22x?  People have said you can cliff jump at elbow falls but that looks like suicide so is there anywhere to swim?  Is the fishing at allen bill pond and the lake at maclean any good?

You can cliff jump on the Sheep River at Blue Rock.  Me thinks that jumping into the Elbow at the falls would be counter productive...

I have jumped off the cliffs at both Seebee and bluerock dozens of times, I have even jumped off the big cliff at seebee

It has been a few years since I jumped at Seebee, last I heard they (Transalta) closed the access road due to a death from cliff jumping. anyone know forsure?

here is a pic (a bad one as it is from a old video) of me and a buddy jumping off the 80 footer.

Here is a pic of the number of people at Seebee
