Mike I am working on getting a link up for you.

Jen can you tell Ryan that the rattle that we asked him about on Saturday morning that we thought was a rock in the brake turned out to be my front drive shaft. I am running two wheel drive for a while until we get that fixed.

Thanks again for everyone who came out Saturday.

I forgot to ask about the engine light. I think I have to find someone with a computer and hook up my Jeep to see what the engine light meant. When I do find out I will let you know.

pull the trouble codes.  do you have a haynes manual?

turn the key from 'off' to 'on' three times in a row. do not turn jeep on. cyle it on, then off, on then off, on then off. on the third time, keep it 'on'  in the odometer display the computer will flash you numbers, something like P0135 or similar. these are trouble codes. record all these 'trouble' codes, and hit the net. or post them up. someone will tell you what they mean.

Tried that on the trail when it came on and the engine stalled. Too new for that 'ol chrysler trick. Earlier ones will blink two digit trouble codes. You'll need a code reader or scanner to figure that one out. DON'T disconnect the battery till you get the code(s) read.
