Swap in a new rear axle with coil spring conversion, run 36's.

If you pull the spring pack and take it to standens I'm sure it wouldnt cost much for them to just replace the broken leaf.  I used to work in the shop there.

As long as its not the main leaf I don't see why not. However if you've broken one leak the rest probably aren't in the best of shape. I second  talking to Standens.

Do you want the mechanic answer or the farmer answer?

Why does your Jeep say Toyota on it?

It is funny I turn wrenches all day and on the weekend I don't want to do it, anyways paying someone and I keep my sanity is worth every penny.

The Heavy Equipment Mechanic answer is take it to a spring shop and have them replace the broken one or call wreckers and find a replacement.
Suspension I remember that from school. FYI the ride suspension in a D11 is in the seat.
