Heavy equipment places that are hiring mechanics in calgary

Hey long story short my work is shutting down in 4 months and I was wondering if anybody knows any places in Calgary that are hiring.

I'm not a 1st year but I do have a good understanding of semis and diesel engines and I own all my tools.

 I was told "yeah well sign you up for your apprenticeship  asap then the next day oh were closing down".

Not sure how you feel about unions, But Calgary Transit is usually looking for Heavy Duty Mechs... Or you could try Southland Transportation.  They are on e of the school bus companies here in town.  They pay you while you go to school, so you don't have to do the EI thing, the catch is for every year they put you thru school you owe them  a year of work after you  get your ticket.  My sister in Law is there and doing her 4th yr now.
