Are the new lights LED?
if so or not you may have to switch from a mechanical flasher relay to a electronic one. The new lights don't have enough resistance to build up heat and cause the mechanical relay to switch from side to side (flash).
Why does your Jeep say Toyota on it?
The obstacle is the path.

You have to make sure you leave all the bulbs in their recepticles. Just stuff the extra ones into the grill.

ya i found that out .. but where is the relay for the flashers  its it in the fuse box under the hood or in the glove box

cuz my main issue is i think i may have shorted the wires because i had flashers earlier today but now i on my dash nothing lights up

but the lights are lit

On top of the steering column under the plastic cover and to the right of the hazard button.
03 TJ - 6" body lift and 31 MTR's, other wise stock.
