Hey Don,  a lot of times you may have enough power to run accesories but not enough to turn over the engine.  Could be as simple as letting it charge up and give it a try.  Make sure it is fully in park too.... some wierd safety switch may be at play too to stop it from turning over if not in Park.  Not sure why it won't go into neutral with the key on..?   Just some thoughts, keep us posted......

There is a nuetral safty switch. There should be a little round plastic plug close to the shifter. pop this of and stick any type of screwdriver in there and push on the bottom and move the shifter at the same time. It should shift into nuetral then. This is the tow truck interlock switch if you want to call it that. most new vechicles built since like about 2005 have this.

I've got a 2010 too. This happened to me once.  Found out even if the battery looks like it's holding a charge if it drops under 11 volts the engine won't start.  Charge it for a while and you should be good to go.

I also had the same problem. 2010 JK auto. I diconnected my neg battery cable for about 5 min. Re-connected it and it fired right up. Never had the problem again. No idea what it was.

You could also shift the t-case in N to roll it out of the garage and boost it.
