Basement suite for rent

My Buddy just moved into a brand new just built house that has a basement suite in it. He is looking to rent the suite out as soon as possible. The suete has a kitchenette, bath room with tub or shower cannot remember, living room, separate bedroom and its own hook ups for laundry. No machines. Its own hot water tank. It also has a garage.
It is a relay nice bachelor pad. If you are interested PM me and I will get you two in touch with each other.
