I might be game for this Saturday if there's someone who knows their way around.  Don't know the trails all too well yet.  Not sure if the g/f wants to go or not.  If it's a "not" I should have a free seat or 3 as long as I don't have to drive all over the city playing taxi.

Need to try out the new 35's.  Don't have the spacers or tube fenders on yet, so can't disco or I'll shred my flares off.

I can bring a jackall, towstrap, winch, cb (if I can find the box a pretty ghetto portable unit too), CO2 tank.

I'll know by late Friday what my status is.

What's everybody thinking for time?  9, 10?

I'm probably gonna miss this one too because my ride home leaves at 6p.m... last time i went to mclean we didn't leave until 7 :| ...
Plus i have a ton of errands to run while i'm down there now... *sigh* So I probably won't be coming. Sorry guys next time when I convince my girl Tammy to come we'll take the Mule out with you all :)

Thanks for the seat offer too!

I'm not a 100% confirmed yet, but I'll have an answer by this eve the latest... It all depends on what my daughters plans are..
9:30 is a good time, how late does everyone usually stay out for? I'm trying to determine how much gas the V8 is going to suck from my vain.. I don't want to carry a full tank with me if I don't have to??? I'm almost stock also, so I don't want to slow anyone down from their wheeling adventures. I have skid plates & front tow hooks.. I also have a small tow sling..

Cheers!

your best off with a full tank cuz you never know what may happen .. theres been some trips that ended up being 24 hurs long because of bad conditions
always be more prepared that way your ready for anything . that even means food water TP extra clothes
and so far the people ive gone with dont seem to mind stock jeeps runing .
im a stock rubi with a winch
as long as you dont mind driving your jeep like a jeep then there shouldn be any problems

ill be out there tomorow

x2.  I rode my JK out on it's 28" stockers a bunch of times.  Just gotta love the skinny pedal a bit more and be willing to dodge a few more ruts.  But it's a Jeep, it'll take it.

Assuming I can go, I'm usually up for trying to be back at the store before it gets dark.  Cause it always seems if something's going to go pear-shaped it always happens in the dark... Then you're trying to get towed out at 11pm....etc etc...  Mostly though it just leaves time to help out any person/rig from the day.

Thanks for the advise.. I'm always or usually prepared for those type of things..  I was even considering sneaking in one last camping trip out there, fold the seats down, pull out the air mattress  & light a fire. :D

I'm unable to make this sat.. I only have 4hrs avail in the morn to play.
My sunday is wide open if things change for anyone?

In regards to driving a jeep like a jeep... drive it like you stole it!  ;)

Okay, looks like Saturday's a no go for me, but I can commit to Sunday if a few people confirm to it.

Might have one or two passengers, if not shotgun seat available.

Am game for any time between 9-10 meetup, and can probably hang out all day.
