funny thing is i'm serious. Trevor (immortal) got stuck in front of my house...... then in the middle of the street.   so i pulled him out to a main drag where the snow was less than a foot deep. its was funny as heck. (to his credit he was in his work van. easy to get stuck)

so much fun out there oye

I was pleased by how the snow was not any sort of obstacle to my Jeep, a little annoyed at how much of an obstacle it was to other people (either in fact or in their minds), and quite annoyed at how much of an obstacle those other people were to me and my efforts to get things done.

Oh...and I bought a Warn 9.5ti with synthetic line off of Wheels. No way I could afford anything other than a budget winch if I bought new right now, and I'm more than happy to overlook a few scuffs on the housing.
I followed a rainbow out to a garage and found a leprichaun. The rainbow ended in a potted cactus on his porch, but there was no gold :(

Almost got stuck with the jeep because I got too close to the sholder snow bank and it sucked me in, should have had it in 4x.  I was impressed though at how well the mudders handle the snow.  The back alleys in 2x were no issue.

if this isn't weather you'd keep it in 4wd all the time, when do ya?????  see alot of people runnin around in 2wd. i personally never understood it; i've always had a 4x4 and I keep it locked in the winter all the time.  and i guess i'm a little spoiled with AWD Grand haha

I figured if I go in 2wd I still have 4wd before I need to bust out the shovel; that and I was more or less playing around to see how far I could go in 2wd.  I agree with the awd grand though, awd is nice, especially with heated seats.

Pulled the YJ seats out of the 2A today in my unheated single car garage.  Got half the tub floor brushed and ready for primer, going to finish and Tremclad black on top of the primer.  Reinstall the stands for the seats, then toss some black leather power ZJ seats on top (hopefully they're heated too).

Once that is done, gotta try and fit the bench in the back....maybe I'll use the 60% of the 60/40 fold-down.
