Forum group buys??? Do they exist?

Just wondering if this forum has done any group buys in the past?
I know from other forums I have been with, we have managed to pull some peeps together with a confirmed head count & found some attractive savings due to the amount purchased in a lump sum..

We have done this for exhaust systems, rims, misc performance upgrades..

Thought I'd ask...

im in need of new tires.. hopefully in January is what im hoping.. also want to get more ''trees, rocks, ledges and idiot drivers who can't shoulder check before lane changes or leave the wheels turned when backing out of parking stalls...'' protection as well  .. especially the quarters.. gotta hide that huge gash from last run   .. also want some lighting.. hood lights look cool.. snorkel eventually.. throttle body spacer.. ahh should i continue? haha

The best time I have found for this is usually around income tax season...
Even if someone has been fabbing up some custom work in their garage that we all admire so much?
Custom bumpers, rock guards...

I wonder if we call a place like modern or national to see if they would be willing to set something up with this forum for a group buy on lift kits or even a place for lighting.. the list goes on...
