I just had mine apart on the weekend.  I think they're a 14mm head, not sure if that helps you or not.

Take a 15mm with you too, I can't be 100% sure which size it was.  Although my gut tells me 14mm.  The nut on the back side, if it wasn't replaced should be welded to a tab that will prevent it from moving in which case you won't need to put a wrench on that end.

It is definitely a 15mm.  Use a wrench and a hammer or a long breaker bar.  For a 1990 the nut may break out of the tap and have to be tack welded back in if you manage to get the bolt out.

As long as the nut is still welded to the tab, it shouldn't be an issue.  Worst case, bring a recip saw (if you have one or can borrow one) with you and cut the bolt between the back of the track bar and the bracket.

It can be a big pain. If you cann't get it out just un bolt the bracker from the frame. Also on earlier year XJs the lower bolt was torx head. Most of the lower bolts were lock-tited in from the factory and can be near impossible to get out without heat. However last time I was a PUP they didn't let in propane torches.

Punch that bolt out to a 7/16's and weld a washer on the outer portion of the bracket doug. Getting a nut in there isnt to bad.

Use a paper towel and press the nut into the wrench to hold it.

Ditch the stocker right away and safe yourself some greif down the road.

And a new bushing for that trackbar is a MOOG K3176. The autovalue on barlow keeps them in stock for me.
