Windshield Mounted Lights/Wiring

Hey,

I bought some Hella 500's to mount on the windshield of my '05 TJ.
My questions are about the wiring. Any advice on where to run the wires? I saw some where that a guy had used something similar to flex brake line and ran it from the light and down below the windshield (drilled a hole and looked like the brake line had nut on each side of the metal to connect it to the body) then had the wiring running through the brake line....
Also, i was looking for a place to mount the switch (will need a place for the second switch, for soon to be also bumper lights) and i started looking below the heater control. On my '05 beside the rear defroster switch and the rear wiper switch there are two molded slots for switches (guessing for the Rubi locker switches). Has anybody found any switches that will mount in this exact location or ever used the factory wiper/locker switches for auxillary lights?
I want to make sure that i keep everything as clean as possible when installing extra stuff, if my questions seem to be a little anal, i hate a half arse install!...

You shouldn't need a second switch if you want them all on or all off, but you should be running relays and might need a separate relay for the different sets of lights, but the different relays  can energize from the same switch. Just add another when you get the bumper on. As for the breaklines that sems like a good idea to protect the wires
