I followed a rainbow out to a garage and found a leprichaun. The rainbow ended in a potted cactus on his porch, but there was no gold :(

If you look lcosely, you can see that the duct tape will provide resistance to the rotation of the spider gears - thus making it a limited slip differential. That's why it's such an important development in on-trail repair techniques.  ;D

Of course!!!! ;D

I've actually done this, on the trail, changing out a c-clip axle when the retaining bolt for the diff. pinion pin gets "lost" >:( by the "helper >:( and the tape is used to hold the  pin in to tow off the trail while keeping from leaving a trail of parts
