Been working on a Video for First-Time home buyers

I've met with lots of people (first-time buyers) who have no clue what happens these days and/or their info is dated. I made a short info video on what to do and the basic process.

Took me a week of evenings to make it,.. then i found out it was too long and had to crop it.

Bravo Jay! I am impressed. If I ever need  to buy a house.......I'll give you a shout. What's up with those bunnies though?
