No more car prowlings
« on: March 22, 2009, 06:15:13 PM »
This morning I woke up too find that my car had been broken into AGAIN...but thank god criminals are stupid and had no idea that snow is great for tracks. I was able to follow them all the way too their house. The only problem is I am older and wiser (haha) and did not kick down the door and kick the crap out of them like I would have done 10 years ago. But the police got them and I got my crap back. So if anyone lives in the Capital Hill area and has had their car broken into let me know I will give you their address and you can get your stuff.

Well done!
I followed a rainbow out to a garage and found a leprichaun. The rainbow ended in a potted cactus on his porch, but there was no gold :(

Lemme take a guess on this....no charges, cause the cops convinced them to give your stuff back. Told you it would be hard to prove in court, not enough hard evidence, etc....

Actualy the cops did not have too convince me not to press charges...I only wanted my stuff back. I have dealt with our so called justice system...it should be called the criminal jusice system because those are the only people that get justice is the criminals. At best if they were adults they wold get probation and if they were juvenilles they would get a fine. The only good thing is I now know there address and if my car gets messed with again I will not even bother calling the cops.
I do not mean too make this a rant but I am getting tired of every crackhead, gang banger walking around free on the street even though they have a pile of charges. The only good thing was that two of them had warrants, which also raises the question if they had warrants and were known to police then why were they even out.
So like I said these guys were known to the cops so if you do live in the Capital Hill area let me know because I guarantee that if you had your car or anything else stolen these guys either did it or know who did it.
Oh yeah and do not worry because I have some ideas.

Sorry guys... as much as I hate giving dirt bags any leeway... I just don't need anyone on this site getting any undue attention cause something happens to the dirt bags.

I was not sure if I should but I figured they gave no thought to busting into my car and frickin' it up so why should I give alot of thought into posting their address. However this being said this is a rental property and if anyone was to do damage to the property I would definetly feel like crap. I have tenants and if I had damage done to my property because they screwed up I would be fumed. Which is why as much as I wanted to kick down the dorr and just get a little self justice I realized anyone stealing second rate subs from my car were not property holders and if I did damage the property it would not affect them in the least. Please no one do anything stupid, I know growing up I was not the best kid and I messed up a few times which is why I am not a spissed as I should be. Maybe a little bit of Karma catching up with me.

We had the same problem last year.  My neighbors son came home late one night and caught the guy in my truck.  The lad was just back from combat school going to Afghanistan.  We haven't had a problem since. >:(

I should of just doled out my own justice right from the start. Now the cops are saying. even though they agreed to pay for the damage, that they are not going to pay for the damage and there is nothing I can do about it. I cannot press charges because the cops gained access by telling them no charges would be pressed. So now I have to go and pay for a glove box (I originally saod f#&$ing, "family forum") and rerun the wires for my stereo all out of my pocket. I could take them too small claims but that would cost me more then I would get.
As a note to all of this if the police offer you the option of not charging tell them to stuff that option that you would rather take the long road with "justice" at the end.

Would you really press charges against crackheads who know where you live ?  How much damage would be done to your ride/house next time ?  You should deal with this the old fashioned way.  Nice and quietly without drawing attention to yourself. I'm sure they fumed off other people as well, so they wouldn't know who to blame.

I used to have an open mind but my brains kept falling out.
