The weight of the tire will be almost as important as the size for your application.

Most likely, the best tire for you would be a 32 x 11.50 or a 33 x 10.50 BFG all terrain. They are exceptionally light weight, have good road manners, and are agressive enough for you ventures onto leases and what not.

Those are about the only two size and tire types I would be looking at for you.

Due to the lower first gear, and lower overdrive, either of those tires will be very manageable on the highway.

Great advice but I want to use my Alcoa rims so wider than 10.5 is out.  Also I really need mud tires for my work.  I have a set of nice GY silent Armor AT's and love them except their useless in mud.

i had 32 bfg's ats before the muds on stock 8"gamblers.  needed to turn out the steering stop a wee bit for clearance.  i used them on muddy trails at 13 psi and was fine about 95% of the time.   the other 5% needed a tug or winch

The BFG KO AT is a much different beast then something as mild as a silent armor. They are cross in aggresivenes between a full mt and a street at.

For what you do, they are more then enough tire in the mud.

i run BFG AT 33x10.50.
The tire is awesome on road in any condition. i am safe in any amount or type of snow.
i have not tried offroad but have been offroad with jeepers that run them. They do fine. They do better than GY MTR's in slimy mud.

Not to slander the I6 (because I think it's an incredible engine), but....

Dude, with those boggers on, I'm surpised that you can get yer jeep outta second gear  ;D

Them some big meats for a stock powertrain.
I followed a rainbow out to a garage and found a leprichaun. The rainbow ended in a potted cactus on his porch, but there was no gold :(
