You will need more than 4.5" lift in the front to match the rear. I have 4.5" RE coils in mine with 2" spacers and it sits fairly level until I put the winch on. Mine also was a 2WD which has +/- 1" lower rear spring than 4WD version, depending on condition. Also, don't bother trying TJ coils. I tried 4" Superlift TJ/XJ coils and netted 1.5". As for the brake lines, I have read that YJ ones are good, but I found the listed length to be very close to the same. I have heard that a particular GM truck brake line of which I can get the numbers of are excellent for lifted TJ's and XJ'.
The rear axle from a XJ has a different width of spring perch centerline, so that isn't an option. If you have the D35 rear axle, I recommend swapping it for a D44 or 8.8 while you are doing the lift.
