There's a new outfit in the states that is develping and producing a full line of aluminum skids and accessories. First product out is the new Aluminum Fuel Tank skid for the 97-06 wranglers.
At half the weight, and two thirds the cost, these skids are an excellend option versus the heavy steel ones that were available previously.
They have been tested in areas like Johnson Valley, which has some of the most gruelling rock terrain in the world.
The main developer has over has been the idea behing several popular and very high products you see around. The original WJ brake and steering conversion sold by JKS. The hydro boost and big brake kit sold by Vanco. The dual rate swaybar done by offroad only. The super 88, 8.8 c-clip eliminator. The D35 c-clip eliminator. The rear outboard shock kit done by poly performance.
