Thanks to all for a good time at the show.  Kids & I had fun(Cheyenne too).

Have to say that the Rango is NOT the princess she once was after the trail ride following the show.  Thanks to Scott & Nathan? for the tug out of the mud & spotting us through a couple tight spots.  Was a little more challenging than I was expecting but the Rango did OK.  Got home with a few bumps & bruises though...need to re-align the front fascia thanks to the mud hole, scratched the daylights outta my princess wheels, chunk outta one of the tires, rock stuck in front brake all the way home(had to take the wheel off to get it out) & the check engine light coming on today.  Only part of the trail that had me nervous was climbing the rocks.  All in all a good trip...was expecting some trail rash ;D.  By no means the last trip for us ;).

Thanks to everyone on the trail ride for putting up with having a princess along for the ride!!!

Any one with pics of the trail ride they are willing to share?  Please let me know as I have not yet trained either one of my kidlets to take pics or vids :'(.

So who is thinking of attending.  Maybe you can enter the show and shine or the bass race competition.

Hey....be nice to him. I have a sneaking suspicion that his XJ might have been t-boned recently.  ;)
I followed a rainbow out to a garage and found a leprichaun. The rainbow ended in a potted cactus on his porch, but there was no gold :(

I try.

I feel your pain buddy. I got rammed by a Subaru in the fall of '06 up near Hudson's Hope, BC. It ended up being a partial rollover, and left me hanging from my seatbelt in the ditch. It took a good two weeks before my neck started feeling better.

Then you know where I was hit. I was heading from FSJ towards the Farrel Creek road on HWY 29...just past Bear Flats. I was being passed by a Subaru that was on fire (yes...the car was on fire BEFORE they hit me) and while trying to pass me on a curve, going uphill into the setting sun, on a double yellow, the driver of the Subaru lost control so badly that he ended up ramming the nose of his Subaru into my truck between the driver's side front wheel and my door. I managed to hold the truck on the pavement on two wheels for about 100 feet, and then ended up in the ditch.

It took an RCMP officer, a BC hydro crew, and a finally a team from forestry to put out the brush fire that started when the flaming Subaru came to rest in the other ditch.

Needless to say, the driver of the flaming Subaru got an all-expenses paid trip back to FSJ courtesy of the local RC's.

I'm mad that I was very late to the show and shine this past summer. I'm kicking myself for missing out on the bass race competition! Damn! ;D ::) ;)
