Does one bolt count as breakage justifying a suspension upgrade?

Hmmm....one bolt. But it was on a track bar - that means that you have to go get Bnine to build you a custom replacement for your front track bar.  :D
I followed a rainbow out to a garage and found a leprichaun. The rainbow ended in a potted cactus on his porch, but there was no gold :(

Well I tried checking the tightness of my front end. I wasn't sure what the torque was supposed to be on the track bar bolt and everything else seemed pretty tight and it was moving and I had seen some threads come out... well I done busticated the bolt.  The holes didn't appear rounded, but then after busticating a bolt, I wasn't looking too closely.  What is the torque supposed to be on that bolt?  It broke fairly easily really.

Now I get to try to extract the remainder from the nut.  I have already set it to soak in penetrating lube overnight and have a torch to heat it in the morning to try to break it free and it's sitting in a vice.

I found the thread on weekend grade 8 bolt places, so I'll be calling around and taking the "backup Jeep" to go get a new bolt.   Does one bolt count as breakage justifying a suspension upgrade?

my xj service manual says 74 ft.lbs at the axle shaft tube bracket.    and ball stud nut to be 60 ft lbs.   im gonna guess thats really similar to your rubi??

I don't what hours they're open on Saturday, but Gregg's certainly carries grade 8 bolts.
