removing the plastic inner of a tj wheel well

so im replace the flares on my 2000 tj the front came off fine but the rears have a plastic inner in it and i cant get to the bolts on the other side
any1 no how i can remove this but keep in good enough condition to put back in

I did the same...I guess it's more exposed to stuff with it off, but if it's on it just traps mud in all kinds of nooks and crannies you could never clean...I took it off and never looked back.
