Here's mine  , a daily driver , I like it alot ,    but it's time to buy / drive something made in this century so I'm probably going to sell it.

It's an 88  short box 4x4   , has   the 2.5   tbi    with a 5 speed and  an  NP 231 behind that ,  it has 4.10 's  in the stock dana 30 / 35  axles   and it is lifted 2-3 inches ,  tilt steeing column  , power steering and brakes   , am/fm / cd   .  There's a YJ  roll bar in the bed.   It doesn't burn a drop of oil .

I've replaced many items on this truck   with new parts  ......

The radiator , clutch fan , water pump , alternator    , starter , unit bearings , brake rotors & pads  ,  brake drums  / shoes / springs / wheel cylinders ,  park cable  , all of the bearings in the rear axle , tires and rims are off of an 06 Rubicon , some tune up parts , buckets and console from an XJ  and so on

There are issues but nothing stopping me from using it daily......
There are various dents  ,  some rust , the windshield is cracked , the clutch slave  is poor , some punks / thugs stole it last year and messed up the column and the headliner.

There are 224,000 km on it  .

I 'm asking $1500.oo   ,   a fraction of my original investment , thats with the tires and rims as shown above , the price would be much less if I keep the tires n' rims and the buyer brings their own rubber.

Just picked one up a couple of days ago. It was betrothed to me. Runs akay. An 88 with just under 200 000 klics. What do you do with it . Drive it ? Lift it to suit your needs ? hmm  v8 , 36 to 38 rubber or leave it a lone?
