Chlorinated brake kleen is still readily available, and I actually have a half dozen cans in the garage. It's cheaper that the non-chlorinated stuff. I do use it to clean up almost everything, unless I'm welding on it, then I have a 4L of Acetone.

*EDIT* The stuff you buy at Princess Auto is the chlorinated stuff.....just an FYI
