Drive train play

OK I realize this could be a broad topic, I'm just looking for ideas were to start. I have a 2001 TJ, 4 inch lift, 33's, SYE kit, CV driveshaft. I put the SYE kit and D/S in at the same time so I can't tell if it was one or the other.
When I'm starting out, or accelerating in the lower gears,as well as gearing down, I have a small clunk. It feels like something in the rear axle but I cant be sure cause no one will lay under there to listen while I drive. I took the D/S off to see if I could feel any play in the T/C, or rear pinion but no luck. Is it normal to have play in the CV D/S, although I never thought to check that while it was off.
 ANY IDEAS???????

When I have had a clunk in that situation, its been either loose control arms or crappy Teraflex Control arm bushings.  I would check them tings out!!
