engine tick

hey guys my poor little 2.5l tj has recently picked up an engine tick, I am curious if there is a way I can fix fix this easily?
Im pretty sure its coming from the heads/valves

change your oil. sounds like your lifter is sticking.

yup...sounds like you got a stuck lifter...is your oil zincy enough?
