van raised roof removal

Are the van raised roof hard to get off, is a cutting tool needed.

Depends on the make. Usually they are bolted down and glued on if I rember correctly.   It's been a long time since I took one off.  A cut off saw would work really good but you will still have to seperate it from the old roof then. If times a factor cut it off and deal with it later.  Then you also get all the misc bits that go with it.

The underground parking lot at chinook mall should have some nice spots to remove your roof!

Thanks man, just picked up a boogie van off of Kijiji and will get the roof at the junk yard and doing the job in their parking lot. To many rentacops at chinook. hahahaha
