AX5 swap tech

will an ax5 out of a 89 cherokee swap into a 97tj with out too much trouble?
Any major things to look for ie mounts, inputs ect..

Swapping straight across to a 2.5, or a 4.0?

sorry they are straight out of a 2.5l cher to a 2.5l tj
