SMF Fabrication?
« on: June 06, 2010, 07:37:33 AM »

Hi all. I have a set o SMF sliders on my TJ. I saw the front and rear bumpers on another jeep and was wondering what happened to this manufacturer? Anyone know? I was told that the guy who was building these retired? Anyone know if he is still out there somewhere?
Rich.

dont quote me on this but the dude running solid metal fab was living on the west coast but has since moved to manitoba. and hes doin other stuff now. i could look into it further cause the guy was on my old jeep clubs website for a while. but , i dont think hes building stuff at the current moment.

I know that Modern Motors had a few SMF Front bumpers a month ago. They are YJ Bumpers but if you buy one they can modify it to fit a TJ or ask Lemon Aid Jay to modify it for you.

Ask Darrin "SilverTJ" that is what he did.

I asked Drew and he said they have none left. Shame they were pretty cool. They have front and rears on the jeep in their showroom.
