Inverted TORX on the top of the bell housing

Does anyone know where I can getéborrow that damn inverted TORX socket that I need to the top of the bell housing in a 2001 TJ - kinda need to get this new clutch in there.

Thanks in advance for any info

princess auto has a set you can buy that has about 8 in the kit. pretty cheap too. i cant recall which it is but its in the set.

Part Source has the JET brand sockets you can buy individually, I got my 10mm there for the T case for $5 something. Let me see if I can find the size on the tranny for you.

Princess auto. I don't know whose dumb idea that was but they should be made to go back and remove everyone of them. I usually replace them with regular hex heads when putting the tranny back in.

Meh you need the socket to get em out once, might as well reuse the factory one as you've now got the tool for it! haha.

While we are on the topic of replacing bolts, where do you get your bolts anyways?

bolt supply.

replace the bolts with hex ones.  i did when i did my clutch. was sure glad i did, because i was swapping engines a month later...........  torx = sux
