For the 4 litres, really, a clutch is a clutch.
Auto value has about the best price on a full kit. Plate, disk, pilot bearing/bushing, centering tool, and throwout bearing. Right around 350.
Oh ya, whats involed, at work so might miss something but this would get ya started.
Disconnect the negative battery cable  (manuals say that for everything)

pull center console, shift boots, etc etc
disco t-case shifter from tub (4 bolts)
Pull tranny shifter if you're working off the floor
drop the starter
Pull external slave cylinder
pull bellhousing bolts (top two are fairy head or inside out torx 10mm 12 point socket)
Undo tranny mount bolts in the center of t-case skid
support tranny/case combo with a jack at the back
drop the t-case skid, carefull not to spin the nutserts

You and a freind heave the unit backwards off the motor then let it down.
Remove old clutch
clean and check flywheel for cracks then re score the surface of it.
change out throwout bearing
pull out pilot bushing tip (fill center with grease, use a punch with same diameter as inside the bushing. Whack the punch, the greas will force the bushing out by squeezing the back of it)
Pound new bushin in.
Install clutch using centering tool
reverse the rest the earlier steps and bolt everything back in.
Try to line up trany input shaft splines with the clutch splines before lifting it in.
Had a few minutes before leaving work, but thatspretty much a clutch job for ya. Dont think I missed anything.
