Elections will be voted on at the November meeting (or in December via ONLINE VOTE if we agree)
These are the positions open for volunteers:
Vice President - duties include:
- First of 2 year commitment. 2nd year as Club President
PAPERWORK
- Memberships and Renewals
- General Meeting preparations, forum posts and minutes (formerly secretary duty)
Show N Shine Coordinator - duties include:
- Recruiting and coordinating members to assist with Show N Shine events, sponsors, paperwork, advertsing etc.
- Collecting and transporting required materials and props for show n shine events. (rti ramp etc)
- Visiting and hand delivering sponsorship requests whenever possible.
Jeep 101 Coordinator - duties include:
- Recruiting and coordinating members to assist with Jeep 101 event, sponsors, paperwork, advertsing etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of off-road experience.
- Knowledge of Mclean Creek trail system.
Truck Representative - duties include:
- Keeping contact with other Alberta clubs and assist in arranging multi-club events
- Keeping our members up to date with other club activities that we can participate in
Trail Project Coordinator #2 - duties include:
- Long term commitment prefered
- Learning from and assisting Blair in organizing projects
- Recruiting members and non-members for trail projects
- Organizing materials for purchase, pickup and transport.
- Waivers and attendance for projects.
CJA Event Coordinator - duties include:
- Recruiting and coordinating members to lead and/or supervise trail runs
- Paperwork for waivers and recording attendance for membership purposes
CJA Event Coordinator - duties include:
- Recruiting and coordinating members to lead and/or supervise trail runs
- Paperwork for waivers and recording attendance for membership purposes
ALL exec should be prepared to participate in monthly executive meetings and do miscellaneous moderation to keep our forums tidy.
