Heat shrink tubing and alligator clips

Just wondering wheres the easiest place to find these items.
Canadian tire is close to my house, but finding items in there becomes a hassle.
Radio Shack?

Cambodian Tire will have heat shrink tubing in stock, even if only two people in the entire store know where to find it  It's normally kept in the Automotive electrical section - generally on one of those sliding racks that are on the shelves. I'm not sure about the alligator clips though.
