Ax 15
« on: April 03, 2011, 08:14:02 AM »
I noticed that the ax-15 on my yj is getting a little tough to engage into first gear.  It will slide into first gear fine when the jeep is rolling to a stop, but sometimes when I'm sitting stopped at a light, she doesn't seem to want to go into first, gotta put it second, then first will engage.  Also reverse seems to make a nice grind when I engage that too.  This jeep has not see much in the way of service from the previous owner, I figured I'd do a full fluid change from top to bottom to see if maybe it's just the syncros that need a little how's your father.

Anyone else have this issue before?
