New life for the Toxic TJ
« on: April 22, 2011, 10:13:48 PM »
Rick at e-mortal rolled his jeep last year. Unfortunately there was extensive damage to the custom body. Rick didn't want to spend more money and time repairing it so I offered to buy it and rebuild it for strictly offroad and not for shows. Rick is extending the body/frame 24" to fit a second row of captain chairs, removing the subbox and mounting the gastank below the floor behind the rear axle. Tons of work to be done but it should be finished and ready for paint around the end of may.
Can someone tell me how to post pics?

Wasn"t me. It got smashed up last August and has been park ever since. Any ideas on how to post pics? I have some pretty cool ones of the build so far.

best bet is probably to make a photobucket and then just post the image links. Easiest way to do it that Ive found :) Also free!

I remember seeing that jeep when it was built the first time, would be neat to see the re-incarnation.
I did a Google search for "hot trannies" but nothing came up about oil coolers  :o

Worrying too much about mpg with a Jeep is similar to worrying about your sister's virginity. An ok thing to be concerned about but...

i wonder if it rolled because the stereo system inside was too heavy? or maybe it was like the other rides at the stampede, crash and burn? ::)
