Rescue mission
« on: May 15, 2011, 01:54:59 AM »
So I had a little accident last night. Was scoping out one of our jobsites with the pirate jeep last night and I fell through the nice hard crust and promptly buried the jeep. Kyle and I shoveled and yanked for a bit and it's slowly coming, but we are thinking a winch will work much better.

Anyone wanting to come help or point and laugh it's located at country hills blvd and 52nd street NE (or whats left, it's ripped up and dirt piles now). I am thinking maybe arrange via text/phone calls around 11 and meet out at 12ish? If you are interested my cell is 403 465 2766. Thanks in advance.

Anyone wanting to come  point and laugh

I'm good at doing this....

How mired are you? Is it legal to be there?  I might be able to help you out.

Sounds like a lot of diggin, ditchin, and bitchin needs to be done

Lemme know if you're still mired. I am almost as good as Tubby at the pointing and laughing...and I do have a winch just in case the laughter doesn't get you unstuck.
I followed a rainbow out to a garage and found a leprichaun. The rainbow ended in a potted cactus on his porch, but there was no gold :(

Yeah its still very stuck. My company built/is building skyview and I'm the site super so its all good for being there. Ill be heading out at 11 if you want to meet then and ill have my phone. The turn is about 600m east of Metis, you'll see me poking out of the mud. I'm only about 300m off the pavement.

Thanks again!

Best access is off of Country Hills?

I'll start writing up a point/laugh schedule that way you can take turns, is there anyone who would rather laugh than point?

I'm heading out now, my number is in the first post and I'll be parking my blue Kidco Ram 2500 just off the pavement (Country Hills) as a rally point. If you get to either Metis Trail (heading West) or 68th (heading East) you missed it.

Jason,

Happy to hear you got unstuck!! I hope you have learned your lesson!

Let me know when you want your back seat back...

Did you through my idea out to the guys that helped you about putting the "tick marks" on your Jeep everytime you help someone out?
