Uploading Photo's

Can't see how to upload photo's, Tried additional options, browse and attach, but there's no browse and attach link..? Now figured out photobucket action..just slow I guess!

I understand you can't post picture until you are a member... but you can host them somewhere elase and just add a link to that site.
