So this month i was able to sell the jeep  :'(  get a quad out of the deal  :) to and today an offer on a house we want to buy was excepted  ;D a big bonus for me is the house has a double HEATED garage ;D ;D ;D. All i need to do is paint walls and put in new work bench and cabinets and cant forget the flat screen ;)
