Pound some shims into the receiver to keep the sidey-sidey motion to a minimum. But not a perfect solution.
Drop bumper, build rear internal frame, notch/cut plastic bumper ton accept tire+jerry holder. Frees up stock receiver for recovery/towing.
Get rid of that strap or you'll smash that rear window. Drill hole thru bottom, use receiver bolt lock to secure fronty-backy motion. Would likely save back glass from smashy-smashy in a fender-bender.
